This can mean that some speckling can appear on the tablets when in humid environments. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the mouthwash. It is important to ensure that the container is sealed after each use as excessive moisture will affect the tablets.

I like this. I bought to take with me on a longer vacation, but I've also been using it since I returned. It's great to usr between brushing, especially if your out munching on stuff, but can't brush. I haven't used nHA for long, so I cant speak to its effectiveness, but it does seem to freshen breath. Also, apparently unlike fluoride, it can be swallowed although I usually try to spit after rinsing.
