"So using this only for a short time, I noticed more plaque buildup. I think it’s because of the hydroxy appetite has calcium and phosphate. The same that is also found in saliva so if you have heavy calculus buildup normally I wouldn’t recommend using this and it’s not exactly the taste I was expecting this is the ginger one."

Really like this toothpaste

"As I wrote in a review of the Blueberry child's toothpaste, I read years ago that fluoride isn't the greatest thing for someone with thyroid issues, and I've always liked the idea of nano-hyroxyapatite to sub for fluoride, but since Covid, I haven't been able to use anything that has mint in it, and most Boka products do have mint. However, this one does not, and it has a very nice, slightly spicy taste, so I use this at night, switching off with the Blueberry one in the morning. Very happy not to have to use any fluoride or any mint."
