How to use

Very nice toothpaste

"I've been looking seemingly forever for alternatives to fluoride toothpaste, because I read somewhere years ago that anyone with thyroid issues should avoid it; however, thanks to Covid I also developed a kind of odd long Covid symptom, where I could no longer use anything with mint, so my options were extremely limited if I wanted to take good care of my teeth. As a result I've been using a Tom's which has fluoride for several years now. Most Boka dental products have mint in them, but there are a couple of non-mint toothpastes, and one of them is this one, theoretically intended for children, but the taste is actually very mild and doesn't stick around after brushing, so I finally get the benefit of being able to use something with nano-hydroxyapatite and no mint (I'm also using the Coco Ginger, which is for adults, and I really like the taste of that one). I'm pretty happy overall."

"I bought my daughter several different toothpaste flavors and this one is her favorite. I can not tell the difference in her teeth before and after yet but I hope it will improve the enamel on her teeth. I with more stores would sell this toothpaste."
